1-1/2 EMT roller for 608 bearing
Description
This is a roller for 1-1/2 EMT conduit. It uses 608 bearings. To use this design, just print 2 halves. I included the FreeCAD design file so you can make changes. To change the tolerances. Open the sketch and adjust the radius for the pipe. I have it set to 22.2mm. EMT listed at a 22.1 radius. Increase this to make a looser fit. A 608 bearing is 22 mm O.D. I have the radius set at 11.2. Increase this number for a looser fit. You may have to change the orientation in the slicer; Bearing down would be the best option for no support printing.
