HD-73 Antenna Rotator Gears
Description
I received a broken antenna rotator, these two gears (the output gears) had been stripped in an unknown but apparently dramatic incident. 3D print out of plastic for lightduty rotation (LIGHT DUTY) Cast or have it printed out of metal for returning to normal operation. The other gears are included in the blender file in case they are needed later. The parameters are below (in inches, sorry!): Gear 1: N = 11 D = 0.611" P = 18 PA = 20 Gear 2: N = 34 D = 1.888" P = 18 PA = 20 Gear 3: N = 38 D = 1.9" P = 20 PA = 20 Gear 3: N = 12 D = 0.6" P = 20 PA = 20 Shaft hole = 0.275"
