Cetus spring loaded extruder (TPU purposed)

Cetus spring loaded extruder (TPU purposed)

Description

I designed this extruder (heavily inspired by the fotomas design) specially for flexible filament printing. The Cetus extruder is not made for this use so i searched an alternative and I realized that designing my own was the best option. With this extruder, the flexible filament is guided all the way long so it doesn't slip out of the extruder (This is a common issue with this type of filament) For the assembly you need : - M3 x 10 screw to attach the ball bearing (the ball bearing already used on the stock extruder) - (2x) M2.5 screw to attach the "Corps feeder" to the extruder motor (these screws are provided with the stock extruder) - M3 x 16 screw to attach the "Levier roulement" to the extruder motor (make the part a little loose so it can spin around the screw) - 8mm x 38 mm spring (the length doesn't matter because the tension is adjustable) - M5 x 25 screw to adjust the spring - M5 nut to drive the M5 screw The "poussoir" part need to be placed between the M5 screw and the spring Recommendations : Make sure to print at 20mm / sec (for every part of the print : perimeters, infill etc.) and avoid accelerations or the extruder gear will lose adherence on the filament. I usually don't use this extruder to print PLA or PETG because the stock extruder is better for this job but both can provide good results.
