6001 BEARING PULLEY PARACORD
Description
I had some extra 6001 bearings, so I figured I would try designing some medium duty pulleys. I sized the v-roller to fit 550 cord, and mine works flawlessly. I used 6001 bearings just because I had them on hand, but I also found a 10 pk for $10.40 on Amazon. 6001 bearing size: 12mm ID, 28mm OD, 8mm thick. For a single pulley Print 2 matching housings and 1 V-Roller for each pulley. For the Double pulley print 2 of housing 3, 2 of housing 4, and 2 of the V-Rollers Hardware: SINGLE PULLEY (3 or 5) #10-32 x 1" screws (3 or 5) #10 nuts (3 or 5) #10 lock washers (6 or 10) #10 washers (1) 6001 bearing DOUBLE PULLEY (5) #10-32 x 1-3/4" screws (I used 2") (5) #10 nuts (5) #10 lock washers (10) #10 washers (2) 6001 bearings If you are looking for any of the hardware I have an amazon shopping list here (all with prime shipping): https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/3STXTU1MNPO5P?ref_=wl_share&_encoding=UTF8&tag=maltvat-20&linkCode=ur2&linkId=cc242fb775a0915e69ac912bfe7ad0c1&camp=1789&creative=9325 Disclaimer: Use this at your own risk. I cannot and will not offer you a load rating. UPDATE: 11/24/2020: I uploaded a single pulley housing with 2 anchor points. It uses more hardware though. Uploaded a pulley housing without any anchor points. This one will be easier to make a double pulley out of. I have updated the hardware listed for both. Updated the V-Roller to a larger ID.
