Titan extruder Holder for prusa 4mm metal frame

Titan extruder Holder for prusa 4mm metal frame

Description

I was searching for a holder for my titan extruder but i couldn't find something for just clamping the extruder on the frame. The extruder have to be screwed behind the inner block and then you have to clamp the out block for fixing it on the frame. i have a 40mm tall 4mm thick frame so the inside of outer block is 4mm deep. First model of my life and first on thingiverse, for any kind of suggestion please leave a comment!! Update V2.1 - Added the nut screw a lil bit larger than 3mm ones for the not so accurate printers - Added a Larger inner block for spacing between the frame and the extruder due to the spring knob hitting on frame. Update V2 (Removed) - Added M4 hex nut socket (Wrong size). - Rounder shape - Added two spacer block for avoiding the spring know hitting on the frame. You will need: Hardware -3mm Bolt 25mm-30mm X4 -3mm Nut X4 To print: HolderIn.stl X1 HolderOut.stl X1 To assemble: 1) fit the HolderOut.stl on the frame 2) Allign the HolderIn.stl with the hole of the previous one on the other side of the frame. 3) Allign the Titan stock holder with the previous two behind the HolderIn.stl 4) Insert the Bolt from the side of the extruder. 5) Insert the Nut in the socket and screw it in place.
