Press-fit adapter that fits on the end of a novopen 4 (possibly others) to allow for easier operation of insulin pens for people who are less dexterous or struggle twisting the end. originally designed for an elderly man who couldn't use his thumb to depress the plunger and was unable to easily use his palm with the original smaller end
