Creality CR 6 SE Hotend Fan Duct Adapter for quiet 40mm fan

This is a mod for the new creality CR-6 SE/Max to replace the stock (noisy!) 30 mm hotend fan with a larger (and quieter) 40x10 mm 24V fan. The supply is 24V. Remixed to make the screw holes wider.
