ER11 COLLET FAN STRT, 5 DEGREE TO 45 DEGREE CW AND CCW
Description
ER11 collet fan of my own design. 52 mm to match 500 watt spindle diameter. I uploaded straight blades, 15 degree cw and ccw, 30 degree cw and ccw and 45 degree cw and ccw. Let me know which one works best for your application. All blades are 1.2mm thick so they should print well. I printed with no support but your luck may be different. These fans are a tight fit. You an need to trim by hand a bit. Edit 11/28/2020 - Just added fans from straight bladed through 45 deg in 5 degree increments. Edit 11/29/2020 - Tested all the fans in the last picture. The small fans (cw and ccw) i downloaded from thingiverse, didn't work for me. The curved blades I designed, didn't work for me. I only tested version A of 5 and 10 degree and they didn't work for me. From 20 on up version B didn't do well. 15 degree version A, 20 degree version A and 25 degree version A, all did well with the 25 degree version A performing the best. All version above 25 degree did not fair well. I ran all fans up to max rpm without any ill effects. I'd be interested in hearing other peoples results as well.
