Description

Hi everyone ! I have made my own build deej project by taking inspiration on many builds existing on thingiverse. At starting, i wanted to recycle an Arduino UNO who was sleeping in one of my drawers and that's why i have used UNO and not NANO as others. The arduino UNO have 6 analogic inputs, then i have bought 6 sliding potentiometers to use the full potential of the card. I wanted to have mute buttons and logos pads with led signal wich can be on or off depending on the associated mute button. To begin, i have started remixing the Aithron build to fit with 6 potentiometers and also fit the Arduino UNO. [Aithorn build](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4196719) Then i have taken the same idea of Remizik build to add weight with large washers. [Remizik build](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4570471) I wanted amovible logos in case i would change affectation, i have taken inspiration on Ocyrus99, Optagon, Daggr and ckrp25. [Ocyrus99 build](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4599505) [Optagon build](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4556291) [Daggr build](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4555424) [ckrp25 build](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4595058) For the electronics, the first idea was to solder each component by wires, but it was too boring to do it like this, then i had the idea to make litles pcb to hold swtich buttons and leds (Also a good solution for multiple grounds and +5v). I had already printed my design when i decided to do this. So this is a patch, that why the wiring is messy on the pictures, in the future i will post a cleaner version of the pcb with tracks instead of crappy wires...) Once my build finished, i was struggling with the stroke of my potentiometer regarding the stroke on the windows mixer : I had bought the wrong type of potentiometers. If you are going to build this thing, don't forget to choose linear potentiometer than logarithmics. We both found a solution with Robin#6159 on Deej discord channel to make a linear stroke with a logarithmic potentiometer by remaping the values in the arduino code. It's a little tricky but it do the job. You will find two versions of the arduino code, one is for linear potentiometer the other one is for logaritmic. The software has been designed by Omriharel. [Github](https://github.com/omriharel/deej) [Windows Application](https://github.com/omriharel/deej/releases/tag/v0.9.10) Bill of materials: * 1x Arduino UNO * 6x Slide potentiometers.
