Fan Duct for CR-10S Pro and SKR v1.4 Turbo

Fan Duct for CR-10S Pro and SKR v1.4 Turbo

Description

This is an amateurish remix of fan duct / fan tunnel by SkullKill that is part of his mount bracket for the "CR-10S Pro and either the SKR Pro V1.1 or SKR V1.3" combination. The purpose of my remix is targeted for the SKR V1.4 / V1.4 Turbo and the CR-10S Pro. In order to use my duct, the fan mount / fan mouth housing is required from his thing: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3980507 I vaguely recall needing to file down the end of the fan mount duct to shorten it a little bit so that it would fit well with the duct remix I made. The fit wasn't perfect at first, but it wasn't hard to fine-tune by hand. I might have used a dremel with a cutoff wheel to take off a little bit of the end of the small side opening of the fan mount at a time. I use this duct from my remix along with my secondary fan mount (a tiny little bracket that lets me add a second fan) from here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4427601 and SkullKill's SKR Board mounting bracket. His mounting bracket fits the V1.4 boards close enough. My duct remix has some changes to make it fit better over the heatsink and was designed in TinkerCAD, so there are a couple of artifacts / couple of imperfections. If I get to the point where I feel that the dimensions of the duct are a near-perfect fit for the SKR V1.4 and the original SkullKill's fan mount mini-duct that goes on the front of it, I'll recreate my duct from scratch to match it. For now, this hacked together version is usable to some degree and any improvements can be cobbled together into it. The files I have included here: v1 is the duct I actually printed. It does not fit perfectly. The 2 mount posts are fragile, the way I printed them, so it was critical to not over-tighten them. I also noticed that the duct didn't quite fit right. There was a section that was a little short or maybe another part of it that was just a tad long and it required some cutting. v2 is an untested. Do not use V2 unless you are okay with helping me test it. It might not fit. v1 needed some hand fitting. I used a drill bit to gently clean out the mount holes and I used a Dremel on the first part (short part) of the duct that holds the fan making the outlet ~2mm shorter. I have expanded the distance between the 2 mount points by 1mm and I have increased the thickness of the walls where the 2 mounts are. This may not work, so please don't be too disappointed if you choose to use the v2 one and it doesn't fit correctly. If you want to help me test it, feel free to print this one and tell me what you observe, otherwise I recommend you go with the v1 here. The v1 does work and has a couple of imperfections.
