Swivel Filament Guide for Qidi

I love my Qidi X-Maker 3D Printer, however, the filament guide design has been problematic. The factory guide is just a flexible plastic tube that snaps in to a channel. I have had the tube pull out of the channel many, many times during long prints. The tube/channel design also doesn't provide much flexibility for when the printhead goes to the edge of the build plate. This has causes stress on the filament and breaks from time to time. Lastly, using no guide at all on this printer will often allow the filament to come off the sides of the spool. This has happened to me with and without the factory guide. If you're not monitoring your print and put the filament back on the spool, you will eventually likely get a filament break. This little gadget replaces the standard guide. It pivots to allow less tension on the filament when printing towards the edge of the build plate. The wider opening on the top piece should go towards the rear of the printer where you feed the filament in. If you center the spool over this gadget, you shouldn't have problems with filament unspooling. Enjoy, I hope someone else finds this useful. :-)
