It's a spool holder that uses 6mm BBs to roll smoothly, fits inside a food dehydrator with the spool, and uses little material. The holder holder is an adaptor so it doens't move inside MY dehydrator. You may want to model the adaptor for your dehydrator, The inner diameter of the spool holder center tube is 48mm
