Dyzextruder-GT fan shroud (right) for V6 (or other) hot-end

Description

I have a Dyze Design Dyzextruder GT, but I do not have their Dyzend hot-end. I use E3D V6 hot-ends which are a little longer, so I elongated the mounting bracket portion and the mounting holes/slots so this can work with other hot-end's that are longer, like the V6. I also made the hole around the nozzle larger and made the base and some walls a little thicker to help prevent warping when you print with high temp filaments. I could not get Cura to slice this thing without attempting to print wall lines in thin air. youll have to reduce wall line count to 0 which will result in super ugly walls and it will still try to bridge long-ways to make the ceilings of the air ducts. You cant use supports or it blocks the air. I had to use Prusaslicer and reduce perimeter line count to 1 and it bridged just fine by taking the shorter path from wall to wall instead of trying to bridge long-ways from end to end. This print made me try Prusaslicer for the first time, and after comparing the behavior of the two slicers in attempting this print, ill never go back to Cura. Cura is dumb. Just FYI.
