It is an another PSU modification, it is fit for - 80 mm fan (optional, currently I use without fan) - RaPi 4 (optional) - Voltage regulator (optional, 2x, no fixings in plastic) - JQC-3FF-S-Z Relay (for RaPi4) Step file is included.
