Frosty the Snowman Wind Spinner

I love Wind Spinners and thought I would design one for the Winter Season. "Frosty the Snowman" came on the radio... so that gave me the idea :-) Parts used: I had nice short Amazon links here of the parts I used, but Thingiverse edited my summary and changed all the links so they could make money off of them.
