Ender 5 (pro plus) Y Plates for more space
Description
Update: -added a part called stiffener, use it without Stepper Cage. to prevent bending of RH Y Plate, when the stepper gets to hot. -future Plans: Improve RH Plate, to reduce risk of bending. Update: Use Version 6-LH and Version 7-RH -improved endstop-target area RH. -improved compatibility to stock plates -Stepper Mount Area dropped 2mm at RH-V7, so original Screws with Belt cover can be used, otherwise 10mm M3 can be used without cover, on RH-V6. This modified Y Plates, make it possible to increase the moving range of X and Y Axis for example ABL Sensor, to get a much bigger sensing area and better mesh. Or for a cleaning station, or for in Print Filament change The X-Axis get 25mm Space in both directions. The Plates are 6mm thick, but all important Things are set 2mm in, so just change the Plates, and do an ABL, Thats it. no mechanical adjustment necsessary, Exept the Y Belts. look for instructions how to align Y Axis. Hint: open one Y Coupler, Install the Plates, set them at same position, install X 2020 beam, and fine adjust, the Y- distance to the Frame, then tighten the coupler. Use hex pattern or triangles infill. Wall line count (perimeter) 5 Concentric bottom and top pattern looks better ;-)
