Planer Knife Setting Gauge - Delta 22-650
Description
This is a setup gauge for installing new knives on Delta 22-650 thickness planer. The knife setting is 0.025" above surface of the cutter head. The cutter head diameter is 2.876" OD. I assembled the gauge using a piece of 3/8" diameter threaded rod for a lamp I had laying around in my shop, but any threaded rod should work. Length of rod should be approx, 9.5" to provide access to all locking screws with gauge in place.
