Direct Drive V6 CPAP AIO Cooling w/Endoscope and 18MM Ezabl

Description

***Update -- all versions with the cooler shroud attached should be printed and installed with a patient mind. I need to redesign it a little bit to make it easier to print overall and had some MAJOR issues with fitment as far as getting the BMG around the V6 without the use of a heat-gun to bend the part out of the way temporarily. Everything fits like a *tight* charm, just need to simplify the mounting process and give just a little more wiggle room to get parts together. Just two 65MM or 75MM M3 bolts are needed for the non part cooling versions. Two 85MM or 90MM M3 Bolts are needed for the part cooling versions. All versions will need one M3 6MM bolt to secure on the ABL. Endoscope is glued in place with just a dab of super glue(on this note I will be strengthening the endoscope mount since its a little on the thin side for PETG making it flexible).*** **All in all once you get the parts together and bolts through all of them, its an ***extremely*** solid rig. It almost took out my bed amongst the glass it almost shattered(offset problems, user error).** *Update -- version 6 has full BMG files included and combined with the spacer if you want to re-print the entire BMG for whatever reason. The spacer is whats needed to make room for the cooling/heating shroud in the end. So spacer and original BMG front, or reprint them both together. This project will be done and out of WIP by end of year.* *Fitment update- test print is OK! Adjusted the endoscope position and angle to better capture the nozzle. * Creating a custom V6 rig to minimalize footprint of the carriage. This mod has two versions. One is a bolt on in between the motor and BMG, basically plug and play. The other is most complicated and will be **replacing** one half of a **right-handed** BMG extruder setup. If you have a left hander then you might be able to flip the files to suit your setup. In essence the second version is replacing one half of the BMG so the whole part of shrouds and mounts and whatnot are all tied into just 3 M3 bolts. Depending on your motor size, you will need some serious length M3 bolts. Im currently in the 65MM-75MM range to bolt on the watercooling pad(Dyze Extruder version)/motor(23mm thick)/extruder(clone)/shroud to a PrinterMods v1.2 carriage.
