Aperture Science Z-axis extruder knob for Creality Ender 3 or CR-10 (or any T8 lead screw)

Remixed from this two things: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3116871 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3514613 As a Half Life and Portal fan, I was looking for a Z axis knob to match the red "Valve" extruder knob (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3442778). The knob is useful to manually move the Z axis when the stepper motor is disabled or to visually check Z steps during the print In addiction to look cool, since this design has flat edges there is no risk for the filament to be catched in the knob knurled edges as in many other designs. Printed as is, in 0.2 mm layer height, I got a perfect snug fit on the lead screw. Should your print be too tight and unable to screw, you can probably fix it with a 7 or 8 mm drill bit.
