Black&Decker tool with Bosch Battery

Black&Decker tool with Bosch Battery

Description

To e able to use my old 14.4V Bosch tools, without buying new batteries, I made a converter to use a spare 18V Bosch battery to power it. I know that 18V is a bit high for the 14.4V tool, but it is holding up well. So use it at your own risk, or with a lower voltage Lithium battery. The battery holder re-uses the top half of a old battery. After printing you will need to remove some build in supports, before you can fit the battery. And also in the hole for the red clip, I inserted a thin wall to help the printing. All of these support are easy to remove, with tools. I used a small screwdriver to get in behind the small supports and then break out easy, and then I use a knife to clean it up a bit. (Don't rush this, it is not a good idea to stab yourself with a screwdriver) Apart from the printed parts, you need some extra screws, wire, soldering tin a small piece of copper strip and a soldering iron to be able to assemble everything.
