Sovol SV01 SV03 Titan Extruder E3D V6 and Fan mount Easy removal and service

Description

This is a new extruder and fan mount for the Sovol SV01 and SV03 that allow for the extruder to be removed with only 4 screws and the fan with one screw. It eliminates the sheet metal fan shroud that goes around the hot-end. The benefit is that is becomes very simple to maintain the extruder and the hot-end. 4 screws and the whole package comes out. The two lower M4 screws are somewhat retained. I initially rotated my stepper motor with the connector on the top to keep it out of the BL-Touch area. It is smarter to let the connector face out so it is not in the way for the top left screw. The fan mount has a little peg that sneak behind the carriage plate and hold it in place at the bottom. I am using it with the E3D V6 hot end and it gives me a Z offset of 2mm so it should be possible to use with the stock Sovol hotend. It moves the extruder about 3.7mm forward to allow space behind the E3D hotend that is sticking out further in the back and also for the Stock hotend to be turned 180 Deg to get wires out to the left. I left the M3 holes at 2.5mm and I tapped them before inserting screws. You might need to open them a little if you don't have a tap. If you print the parts in PLA you probably need to use some sort of spring washers to keep it from coming loose. The design was made in Onshape that is a cloud-based cad system and I left it in the public domain if you like to modify it. You can find it in www.Onshape.com by searching for Sovol Modular Extruder and Fan Mount-V2
