TRS-80 Model III/4 key switch stem replacement repair
Description
I obtained this TRS-80 Model 4 computer which had a couple of broken key stems (see pictures), and a couple of none-working keys. I desoldered all the keyswitches, which was pretty easy using my cheap ZD-915 desoldering tool. The keyswitches can easily be opened (take care not to break the fragile clamps) and cleaned. And I applied conductive paint to all of the rubber domes. For the keyswitches with broken stems I made a 3D-printable replacement.
