Ambiano (Aldi) Sous vide end
Description
The Polycarbonate end that came with is Sous vide broke almost instantly, unfortunately its also acts as an impeller housing, meaning without it the water isn't circulated. Epoxy worked for a while but ultimately replacing the part was the only fix. Although a high temp filament would be perfect for this I only had PLA/PETG available, PLA works the best as you can anneal it using the sous vide itself, simply put it on at 70c for an hour and let it cool naturally overnight in the water. These tend to last me about 10-20 cooking sessions, but higher temps (70c+) will ultimately mean the PLA will turn really brittle, still though its only a 30 minute print so I just print a new one each time it turns to dust :-)
