Drill Press Knob (Central Machinery 12-Speed Drill Press)
Description
I built a plate/sled/fence for my drill press. When I went to readjust it, I realized that I couldn't put it far enough back to use the fence properly, because the handle to raise and lower the plate couldn't spin freely. So I designed this knob to replace the cumbersome handle that comes with the machine. It IS a little slower, but honestly It hasn't been a problem. I included a small test print so you can ensure your settings print where it will fit snuggly on the shank. **Be sure to print with 4+ perimeters**, this will ensure it doesn't strip itself quickly. I recommend PETG or ABS.
