Snow Brush Pivot Head Repair
Description
Had a snowbrush and ice scraper from Hopkins Manufacturing that I some how lost all the parts or broke the pieces for the pivot head of the brush and it fell out. I could have just used a bolt, nut, and washer, but wanted to try to design the parts. The bushing and bolt I printed at 100% infill and .1 layer height. The slide and switch I printed at 100% infill and .15 layer height. For some reason the hole and pin didn't fit well so I used a M3 thread tap to make the fit tight. You can see if your printer is better and then glue them together. I used an extended pen spring to keep the switch pushed out.
