Pikmin: Chillin' & Thinkin'

Just a pikmin, chilling and thinking. What about? I don't know. Perhaps he's pondering who is most free: the pikmin who creatively makes decisions to execute whistled orders, the Hocotatians who can't so much as step without the press of a button, or the button presser who stares at a screen for hours for a mere save file. Not to mention the Koppaites, who are one juice away from completely losing it. Or maybe he's contemplating making the leap and going all in on his forever home—a lovely ogre named Shrek. They have layers you know. Decide for yourself just what this little guy is thinking about! To make it I converted this image (https://aliens.fandom.com/wiki/Yellow_Pikmin) into a sketch in SolidWorks and added the thought bubble. The 2D sketch was broken into parts and extruded to a few different heights. I made it as part of a larger model, so that's the painted version pictured. .stl, .sldprt, and .step files are included for both a big and small thought bubble version. I printed at 1000% scale (I was thinking in cm while designing, but had the CAD set to mm).
