Sodastream air blower
Description
This is a very simple part, helping to turn a sodastream compressed gas container into a high pressure clean air blower. Be aware, that you will need to buy one or more other parts, to build such a system! Such air blowers are used to remove dust or small particles from sensitive parts like optics or electronic devices. Typically some sort of compressed gas is used, which can be bought in aerosol cans. If you need them more than once in while, this can get expensive. So I came up with the idea to use a sodastream compressed CO2 cylinder for that purpose. In its simplest form, you can use the CO2 from the cylinder directly. This is cheaper than the aerosol cans, but you need refills once in a while. However, it happened that I also own a high pressure hand pump for filling small scuba dive bottles. They come with a filter, so the compressed air is very clean (it better is, since I am inhaling it when diving).
