#Pontiac Firebird K.I.T.T. - Matchbox Car **All Credit for the model and the design go to Pablo Blandon. I just made a few adjustments to have this easier to print as a matchbox car.** Changes I made include: * Scaled it down by around 80%. This way it is around matchbox car size. * Made the default rotation and position print-friendly * Fixed some Mesh Errors * Adjusted the size of the axles and tires to fit and rotate freely ## BOM * 1x Chassis * 2x Front Weels * 2x Rear Wheels * (1x Front Axle - Details about the axles are in the next section) * (1x Rear Axle) ## Hints for Printing * Supports from the baseplate are definitely needed for the main chassis. They also doesn't bother too much, because you don't see the texture of the underside of the car much anyways. I didn't use supports for the axle holes. If you use supports for the rear spoiler, you can decide if you just want to let them in, because they are hard to remove and you don't really see them * The axles are hard to print, because the don't have much bed adhesion. My tip is to use something else, like toothpicks, skewers, the middle part of cotton swabs. Just cut them to 32mm (1.26in) and 26cm (1.02in) length. You can't see them anyway and they run smoother than printed axles * The mesh is still not perfect, but slicing and printing in CURA worked fine for me.
