X5S power enclosure case from HB Freight pt#'s 93928, 62778

Description

This is a work in progress, so please check the dimensions you need and adjust accordingly. Highly suggest running the STL's through you CAD software. An effort at an affordable enclosure for a dual power supply conversion of my Tronxy X5S (330X330 build volume) using an SKR Pro board. Any use, damage, injury or mishap is your responsibility. Work in progress. Brackets were printed at 65% infill for strength, ducts were at 20% infill. All printed with "Easy Print Red PETG" from Amazon. Used the cooling tunnel, thing:3889042, for the SKR Pro. Two Meanwell power supplies used: LRS-350-24V. One Harbor Freight parts bin case, part numbers: 93928, 62778. Fasteners/bolts used were two 3mm socket head bolts on the case to bracket mount. Bracket to extrusion using two M4-0.70x12mm button head bolts. Openings , two different sizes, cut in the case lid, were made to match the fan location and sizes. Used a greenly knockout set. Hole saw or x acto-type knife will probably do just fine. This is on you to do so safely. Fan ducts were mounted to the lid with double sided tape. The HB Freight case tag/sticker was a pain to remove. Suggest first removing the sticker before doing anything else with the case. Newer center duct, image shown, has a sharper turned down angle to hopefully slow down the fan sucking in strings I get when printing PETG. Added holes in the brackets to use as additional openings in the case for wires or cooling. Cut additional openings in the case to allow access to the SD card slot and USB cable plug. Holes also cut in the back of the case for wires (bed, thermistors, steppers, limit switches, ect). Salvage from my printer, the 120v plug/fuse/power plug. Mounted for use from the back of the case. Placed just above the pictured right hand side power supply. Could be mounted on either side. The brackets made to fit my case just against ribbing of the case under the cases lids lip. Contemplating adding two more brackets to the bottom for additional support.
