X-Belt Tensioner with Cable-Guide, attachment options and Z-Linear Rail ready (for Sidewinder X1)

Remix of the pretty nice X-Belt Tensioner from @cybrstorm ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4706217 ) I've needed some few tweeks for my version: + Added a cable guide (for my led stripe at the top of the printer, connected to the raspberry at the bottom of the printer) + Resized the back part of the original one so that it fits with a Z-Linear Rail which i use ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4706217 ) + Added holes for M3 Screws on the side and the front so that you can design for example camera holder which can easily attached to this X-Belt tensioner with M3 screws. + Recreated the Knob, as the original design is hard to turn and hurts the fingers, therefor i wanted to create one where you can easily make preasure without getting hurt ;-) + Removed the logo and redesigned the front so that it fits better with the other covers i use for my sidewinder
