I made this a few months ago but thought I would share the idea. I sketched and printed a silicone cutting jig and had some pretty thick silicone hose already. The cutting jig has slots for 16 mm and 18 mm tall silicone columns which will work with most printers. On my QIDI X-Max the springs in the front are replaced with 16 mm columns and the one in the rear with an 18 mm one. I've uploaded two versions: One for hoses with a diameter up to 11 mm and one for a diameter of up to 15 mm. You can also buy a set of silicone spacers on Amazon for example. Search for "Bed Leveling Columns" Print Settings Printer: QIDI Tech X-Max Rafts: No Supports: Maybe Resolution: 0.20 mm Infill: 25% Filament: Prusament ASA Galaxy Black Notes: Place some supports inside the hole if you like, it might not be needed.
