HyperCube Compact Bowden Hotend with BLTouch

HyperCube Compact Bowden Hotend with BLTouch

Description

edit 12/01/2021: in the end i had to run the hotend cooling fan at 100%, so, if you want a more silent fan just upgrade it to a better quality (ie. noctua or something similar). Right now i can't put all the original works from where this came to be...i'll edit later, for now i'll put the links here: for the initial base of this project: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1752766 for the fan shroud: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2345045 and for the cable holder: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2084725 I love the hypercube design but i simply disliked how the hotend looked. With this hotend i tried to cram everything in the smallest footprint possible so i could save precious printing volume. Also, this should be a drop-in replacement for the original. I could have saved even more space by using a 30x30mm hotend cooling fan but usually they are loud, so i used a cheap 40x40mm instead with less voltage (9V with a 47ohm 1/2W resistor in series) just to make it more silent without loosing too much airflow. For the parts cooling fan you have use the usual trusty 50x15mm radial fan. There is also a mounting bracket for the BLtouch/3Dtouch, If you use it the offsets are: x = +23 y= +10 z=should be around 2, but you have to calibrate it At last, the zip tie cable holder is sized for a 10mm spiral cable wrap...but you can use any cable or tube with a diameter of 12mm max...otherwise it will not fit properly ofc.
