Vignette Fix Attachment for NONS SL42
Description
This is an add-on lens and extension set for the NONS SL42 to address its vignetting issue. In theory, it magnifies the image by 1.78x, just enough to cover the Instax Mini frame with a lens meant for 35mm film, at the expense of losing 1⅔ stops of light (i.e. the ISO 800 film will appear as if it was ISO 250). ## THIS IS NOT A STANDALONE PRINT. It requires an additional biconcave lens. The lens required is either the Newport KBC043AR.14 or KBC043, depending on whether you'd like anti-reflection coating or not. This is the part that does most of the magic, readjusting the focus to match the original lens and widening the image. **This is a work in progress.** Fitment is not guaranteed, the piece could have problems with the Canon EF mount on either end of it, it may conflict the shutter mechanism of the camera, or have problems holding the lens. It is merely an untested first prototype. Credit to SkyRzn for the extension tube design which was used as a reference.
