Description

Easy to assemble. (Before you print it. Make sure X,Y,Z distance is calibrated (100mm) on your printer. In order to get the size correct.Make sure the elephant foot compensation.) The sensore was disassembled. I removed the seal as well. Soldered a JST commector to the board. Insterted the sensor inside the sensor holder flush with the surface.. I was drilling a hole on the rim over the chuck. I was inserting and glueing the magnet on to the nut.The sensor holder keeps the sensor in the right distance. I dissasembled a 12V adaptor. And slided the board in to the slot of the back cover. The front window will pop in. The PCB holded down by the screen clamp. The wiring is according the sticker on the display. The assembly is straight forward. Make sure the drill is unplugged while you work on it. You have to remove the top black plastic of the bench drill. 4 bolts. After you can access for the back covers 4 bolts. I was connecting the main to the Blue junction. (I soldered) I was connecting the brown cable to the switch top connector. I used connectors everywhere for the future easy repair.
