Ender 3 Microswiss Direct drive Linear rail back plate

Description

IMPORTANT microswiss has released there official backplate for linear rail for their direct drive system, I'm including the link since they do work better than a printed backplate. https://store.micro-swiss.com/collections/spare-parts/products/main-body-for-micro-swiss-direct-drive-extruder-for-linear-rail-system https://store.micro-swiss.com/collections/spare-parts/products/main-body-for-micro-swiss-direct-drive-extruder-for-exoslide-system please be aware this is a WIP, though feel free to test the model, and give feedback or make your own adjustments. print with supports everywhere if you do youre settings right they poke out easy. I was finding it tricky to find an adapter to use my microswiss direct drive on linear rail so I decided to make this. It is extremely rough work, and I am not very skilled as this is my first remix! I have included a version with holes added where the filament feeds in and mounting holes, a version that only has holes for linear mounting, and a version that only has parts for mounting the wheels removed. I made this in hopes that someone can improve upon it, as I have not tested it. I'd recommend support placement everywhere then in cura you can use the option to to remove supports in certain areas like screw holes. I will add a photo to roughly show how I am slicing it and update it as needed. Please note any settings you see in my slicer are purely experimental. I designed this using tinker cad, by using hollowed boxes to remove unneeded parts. I found an amazing drill guide to line up for the mounting holes here, https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4590421 though I'm unsure how clean this will turn out. Overall it uses slightly less material then the original design I found. You will require your endstop position changed, I found this but I have yet to test it. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4695342/files I have made the tinkercad link public to help people remix! Please be sure to credit orginal author. https://www.tinkercad.com/things/kezd5fzeObN All credits go to original designer @madbuda edit v2, had a bit that wasn't fully removed! edit v3, further removed plastic, at 50% infill will come to roughly 20grams. I'm unsure how this will effect stability so use at your own discretion. edit v4, kept one slanted part since it looks like it adds stability, made bottom a bit more stable as well hopefully. edit v5 increased hole size since it was to small edit v6, added clearance room for screw, removed part on side since it would block ability to screw it in. update: I have removed previous versions of holes included since the hole was to small in them. edit v7, attempt to fix screw holes untested but v6 mounted on the rails, though I had issues getting the screws in. v8 expiremental threading using https://www.tinkercad.com/things/4szmStmALPs-m3-screw + redid screw allignment to hopefully be more precise. I also cut out a small area around where the screws go to see if it improves stock fan shroud fitting. v9minor adjustments v10 fixed holes again.. hopefully v11 finally got it working, though this model has some alterations to have better allignment. This is my final update as I am now doing the modifications on the aluminum back.
