Plastic is nice!! wood is nice! Reconciled together they are even better! You may consider yourself making nice stuff out of wood but cant afford the expensive tools or have enough room for them? But you have a 3d Printer and some basic machinery to process wood? Then this is a nice little project for you and maybe your family :) Avoid using too much plastic but use wood for easy structures instead. Here you need three about 190mm and 20 mm in diametzer wooden rods. Or use an other material! Wood does not always have exact dimensions. So you may need to sand the wood down to a good fit. Or first print only one big whole to see how it fits with your rod! Have fun printin and assembling!
