Extruder Knob for Micro Swiss Direct Drive Honeycomb Design

[UPDATE January 16,2021]: I improved the press fit mount as it was too lose in the first version. I got somehow hooked on the hexagonal honeycomb designs! Thus, I was searching for a extruder knob for my Micro Swiss DD and found the design from tlr1000 (credits to him!). As I had no brass fitting at hand for mounting the knob to the shaft, I made that remix with a press fit mount like on many other extruder knobs available. Further, I extruded the honeycomb for +10mm for better grip and rounded the edges because they came out quite sharp in the original design. For esthetics I also added an embossed hexagon to the front (hope you like it).
