Everything is printed in one part including the bearing, a real impeller and housing. A long time ago I studied tubomachines. So I used what remember about velocity triangles and basic fluid dynamics. The integrated bearing is an design had designed a long time ago. Due to the tight tolerances it will not move after printing. You need to play around a little bit until all parts are loose and it runns smooth. I use a silicone spray to lubricate it. After this you can attach a balloon and have fun. I hope that this design will be used in some fun aplications so feel free to addapt it to your needs. For remixes the Fusion360 and Step files are included.
