Creality Ender/ CR10 Hotend Mount and Part Cooling
Description
This is a compact hotend and part cooling solution for the stock M8 hotend, using either the stock 4010 parts cooling blower or a more powerful 5015 blower. The hotend is cooled using the stock 4010 axial fan, but in a more managed cross flow configuration for improved heat sink cooling, which also prevents the exhaust from the hotend cooling affecting the print. The part cooling is CFD analysed and optimised to generate a high speed, focused part cooling flow that exits cleanly. Print the parts in the orientation downloaded. 0.2mm layers are fine, and 4 walls will give your parts strength together with a 1.2mm top and bottom and 15% infill. Set supports to 'everywhere' but add support blockers to the horizontal holes for the threaded inserts to avoid having to pick awkward supports out. Both the 4010 and the 5015 part cooling ducts print with NO support at all. Instructions and hardware required are contained in the pdf files.
