NOTE: As this doesn't have the holes and one way valve to expel carbon dioxide when breathing out it is not safe to use, so, uhh, nothing to see here, carry on. This is a replacement part to fit the Respironics WISP Nasal Mask onto a Philips Dreamstation CPAP machine. This part normally comes with the Mask but I accidentally threw it out when replacing the cushion.
