COACHELLA Themed Floating Audio-visualization Sign

Missing out on the festival scene this year - but still craving the awesomeness of lights and music?? Yeah... me too. But NBD!! This audio-vis Coachella sign is here to fill that extremely empty void that music, socialization, and festivals once occupied. I made this for my perfect wife - whose name is Chloe. Hence... you can see what I did with the lettering. She's the best. Assuming you want to make a 'regular' Coachella sign - just rearrange the lettering and printing accordingly. The 'housing' prints have plenty of space inside for LED strips and light diffusion. I modeled a few openings in order to wire the 'data' feed on the LEDs. There are two small holes precisely located on every 'housing' print - these function to locate the letters on a 1" x 1" x 8' aluminum tube. They keep the letters aligned with a few nuts & bolts. The 'transparent cap' files slot onto the front faces of the letters. They are thin, and they should be printed with 'transparent' or 'clear' PLA (or PETG). They are flanged and should fit into the housing flange nicely. AWESOME TIP: you should print the housings with black PLA (or something dark)... but then paint the inside of the housings with white paint (acrylic or latex... doesn't need to be expensive or look pretty). This will drastically increase the brightness of the LEDs/letters.
