Assortment of cylindrical clamps with a print-in-place hinge. Can be used as stopper ring, etc. - The inner diameter ranges from 20mm to 100mm in 1mm steps. - To make the print-in-place hinge work, a certain gap inside the hinge is needed. As different printers have different accuracy, all clamps are available with 0.2 to 0.5mm gap in 0.1mm steps. e.g. When printing the hinge on my Anycubic i3 Mega, a 0.4mm gap works best. Screw: ========== The clamp is tightened with a wood screw. The screw diameter depends on the inner diameter (di) of the clamp. * di 20 to 29mm: screw diameter 3.5mm * di 30 to 39mm: screw diameter 4mm * di 40 to 59mm: screw diameter 4.5mm * di 60 to 79mm: screw diameter 5mm * di 80 to 100mm: screw diameter 6mm
