WLTOYS 144001 mods collection
Description
This is a collection of my mods and upgrades for the popular WLTOYS 144001 **disclaimer: use at your own risk! I'm not responsible for any damage that might occour in combination with these mods!** My own designs: * simple rear wing/spoiler - should be printed in TPU! * front shock protector/brace - M3x25 screws needed - the stock screws will fit, but barely. SUPPORTS NEEDED! Remixes: * stronger scond floor/ top deck - meant to be use with a small brushless setup that can be mounted in the chassis, not on the deck * two versions of a brushless motor mount (16mm hole distance). - adjustable and with a locking screw to prevent slipping - chamfered and unchamfered version- I recommend the unchamfered version in combination with panhead screw **make sure the bottom of the mount is perfectly flat and in a perfect right angle. Also check if the dimensions are the same as with the original mount, as it may slighly vary from printer to printer, also depending if you have a bit of elephant foot or not. Don't force the mount over the driveshaft - sand down if necessary** you will need to trim the plastic of the gearbox covers for the screw heads and different pinion position!
