Description
Greetings! This Is The Obsoleted Version Of A Home Printable Pipe Fitting -T Piece!!!! New Version Coming Soon. Shown In Pink, 25% Less Material Used (About 21G) Obsoleted: Please Look At Version 3: Https://Www.Thingiverse.Com/Thing:1293282 New Features: Includes Small Mounting Holes Larger Od Slight Increase In Id (Experimental Results) Ok, I'Ve Not Seen Anyone Do Plumbing Or Pipework Of Practical Use, So I'M Claiming This As The Modestly Named Southern Method. Using A Single Material Home Printer And Printing The Pipes At 45° Without Support Material To Print Bed Allows Finished Pipe Profiles To Be Round Rather Than "Teardrops" Shapes To Prevent The Materials Collapsing In On Itself At The Top. First Rule Of Plumbing Club, You Don'T Mess With Systems You Don'T Understand. This Is Intended For Low Pressure Return Pipes For Grey Water At Approximately Room Temperature. Do Not Use On Gas (Propane, Lpg, Butane, Domestic Gas Supplies, Or Any Combustable Media). Do Not Use On Hot Water Or Central Heating Systems (Temp >40°C ; If You Do Not Understand What ">" Or "°C" Means, Don'T Use This Part!). Do Not Use On Macerated Sewage. Do Not Use In Temps Close To 0°C. Do Not Use Under Floorboards Or Similar Situations Where It Cannot Be Seen, Monitored Or Changed Easily. This Design Is Not Suitable For Use In Nuclear Power Stations Or Satellite Applications. Basically, Use This Sensibly. I'Ve Used Similar In Hydroponics, And It Works At Low Pressure (102Kpa / 1Atm - If You Don'T Know What A Kpa Is, Or What 1 Atm Is, Please Don'T Use This Design). This Is Based On Previous Design Http://Www.Thingiverse.Com/Thing:639743 Http://Www.Thingiverse.Com/Thing:650329 New Thing: Http://Www.Thingiverse.Com/Thing:656548 Similar Technique Used In: Nescafe Nesspresso Espresso Milk Nozzle Http://Www.Thingiverse.Com/Thing:649314 (Edit: I'M Looking For Similar Objects: I Like Cyber Betty'S Oil Top: Http://Www.Thingiverse.Com/Thing:650166) And Is Intended As A Separate Development (I.E. Doesn'T Quite Supercede The Previous Design). More To Come. I Hope You Try And Enjoy This. If There Are Previous Examples Of This Method Being Used, Please Let Me Know So I Can Tone Down My Ego. Not Leak Tested Yet: Even If It Were, Your Printer May Not Print This Correctly Man Up And Check Your Own Work Before Installing Your Printed Part. I So Need To Standardise My Plumbing Club Notes. Cheers, -Andy.
