Vertical extruder mount for 2020 profile

Vertical extruder mount for 2020 profile

Description

Modified the project created by: ManuelW (thanks) and adapted for the changes made on my Ender 5. You can position the extruder at any point on a 2020 profile and its height has been done to allow the drag chain (which connects my hotend) to pass underneath without giving problems. See my project: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4664941 Positioned in center at the back of the printer, it allowed me to shorten the filament tube to about 47cm, if you want you can shorten it further but I preferred a few more cm to leave the soft curves. Now my retraction values are 2.60mm with a speed of 50mm/s and no longer have any stringing/oozing problems. To fix the support I used the M4 t-nuts that held the old support and two M4x12 screws. You need an extension for the extruder cable like this: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000101788896.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.27424c4dLET4kR, or you can create your own. For the spool holder you have to keep one suitable for the position you choose or attach the original one in another position, I recommend this: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2047554 I did not detect any overheating issues, tested with prints for more than 6 hours with active retraction for each move. As usual I ask you to post a photo if you decide to use my remix and if you have any questions post a comment.
