Reinforced 2020 45 Degree Brace
Description
I saw SquirrelDip's 45 bracket, and wanted a bit more reinforced version for making my 1000mm long Y-axis a little more stable with my current patched-together printer. This adds material in between the extrusions to prevent compressive forces from deforming it. This leaves room for up to a 10mm diameter head on the fastener as long as it is an internal tool (IE an allen wrench.) You typically need a pair of these, so just mirror it in your slicer to get the other side. To avoid supports, you can turn this so the flat side rather than the current bottom is down (see pic.) If you don't need a ton of strength, his original version will print better, as it can be printer flat with no support or overhang.
