Tuning Parts for the DZP MK2: brass barrel shims plunger rod/spring guide plunger head O-ring seal shim note: the most finnicky print is the O-ring shim; Normally this kind of adjustment would be done by layering teflon tape under the ring. So print precision differences potentially will have major effects on how well the seal works. The part is very thin and will be subject to 'rasterization' issues as dimensions are close to the .4 nozzle size. You may need to try different layer heights or adjust z-scaling if the resulting fit in the plunger tube is too loose/tight. Added: lock cover. basically a washer that fits over the locking cams (just above the breech) to make them more reliable. Adjust z-scale if it's too tight and causes binding, lubricate.
