Replicator 2X PanelDue 5i mounting enclosure
Description
I had used the previous version by IdefixRC to mount an older 5" PanelDue clone but always had problems with the display I got (cheap knockoff junk). I ordered a replacement (real) PanelDue screen but the current generation is the i series which integrates the electronics with the LCD into one package. This also changes the layout and mounting hole location on the new board. I overhauled the original design, combining it with elements from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2799628 to make it look complete. I also removed the SD card slot, the slots on the front that were meant to hold additional SD cards, and the logo on the bottom edge. Since switching over to the Duet board I have not needed anything other than the microSD in the Duet. ** UPDATE 2-7-21 ** After printing the design it looks like there was a slight variance between the positioning of the PanelDue in the opening on the enclosure. I shifted the mounting holes for the LCD up 1.5mm and brought the 2 sides in 1-2mm. Hopefully this makes the panel sit in the opening a bit better.
