Sponge Holder With Drain Spout
Description
This is a sponge holder that i made, because i was tired of my sponge constantly getting water all over my kitchen counter. There are two versions. The first has a curved bottom with a section cut out for sinks with a raised platform near the sink spout. The second version has a flat bottom. Because the spout goes lower than bottom of the baseplate, the plate on both models will need some support underneath it. i also suggest j printing with a small BRIM because when it firsts starts to print, the spout has very little surface area on the build plate. this is to prevent the small area on the spout from coming off the build plate before it can connect to the main body of the object. I have also uploaded the FUSION 360 file so that you can make any changes if you need to account for differently shaped sinks.
