BIQU B1 Filament Guide (Best)
Description
There's quite a few filament guides out there for the BIQU B1, but this filament guide is the best filament guide TRUST ME I designed this guide to solve two problems I was having with other guides: they would lean forward and drag on the gantry, and sometimes when a retraction happened, the filament would get stuck between the bearing and the arm. This filament guide has geometry to prevent the filament from hoping out of the bearing wheel, and it wraps around the stepper motor to keep it in place. This filament guide uses a 608zz bearing, and if you have more 608zz's, then I strongly recommend pairing it with a spool holder like this one: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3209211 (which I used), or this one: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3502973. You'll need to print: * 1x BIQU B1 Best Filament Guide.stl This guide makes use of mrtomich's spacers and ring for 608zz bearings, so you'll have to go to that page (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4652828) and print: * 1x outside.stl * 2x inside.stl I'm also uploading the step file if anyone wants to make additional changes!
